Our training rooms are equipped with the latest technology. You get to learn through classroom training, on the job training, Blended learning, E-learning and External training, thus giving you immense opportunity to develop yourself.

Every GATI-KWE employee gets training at one of the five PD Agarwal Development Center. They are trained on specialized topics and behavioural aspects by experienced external faculties from premier organization and institutes like CII, Council of Logistics Mangement, FICCI, IIM, XLRI etc.

For every Gati’ite it is mandatory to undergo training for specific number of days every year. This has been inculcated as a habit amongst the employees and is taken seriously that is why it has been made part of their performance.

GATI-KWE Learning School

The policy aims to imbibe and accentuate quality workforce which will result in better productivity and customer delight. The scheme provides training to the trainees by way of classroom learning and on the job training. This will provide an opportunity to the trainees to better the calibre so that they get better employability and help in bridging the gap of manpower planning and future manpower forecasting.

The talent pool comprises of management trainees and executive trainees. Management trainees are recruited from the top B-schools whereas Tier – II institutes make up executive trainees. The selection process includes Written test, Group Discussion and Interview. The induction of the trainees is being planned in batch manner to ensure uniformity and concentration.
